The Project Team aims at ensuring refugees from Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina may access their rights in their country of origin.

To this effect, legal experts working on the Project provide free legal advice and assist refugees in preparing legal documents (lawsuits, appeals etc.) for them in the following areas:

• Repossession and reconstruction of property
• Tenancy rights
• Pension rights

The Project is not currently able to directly represent refugees before courts and other relevant institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.
